Sylvia Togni, graphic designer and artist from Zurich

After finishing the design school Schule für Gestaltung in St. Gallen and working at an agency for two years, Sylvia Togni decided to start her own business in 2001. She enjoys the freedom, versatility and client contact of her daily routine as an independent painter and graphic designer. In her pictures, Togni looks at man from a different perspective as she tries to capture light, form and shadow. As a canvas for her acryl paintings, aquarelles and oil crayon pictures Sylvia Togni prefers to use extraordinary and old fabrics that tell their own story. Besides her work as a graphic designer and artist, she finds inspiration and satisfaction in family life. Sylvia Togni lives in Zurich with her husband and her three kids.
